Overview
The Bullpen Assistant oversees operation, scheduling, and light maintenance of Pin & Tee’s entertainment areas — including golf simulators, duckpin bowling lanes, and dart rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with game setup and scoring
- Manage hourly rental schedule for lanes, simulator bays, and dart rooms
- Troubleshoot minor simulator or lane malfunctions
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all game rooms
- Support A/V setup for events and parties
- Adjust TV channels and manage audio/video requests
- Perform light custodial duties between sessions
Skills & Experience
- Strong technical aptitude and guest service focus
- Comfortable learning new systems (simulator software, A/V controls)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in entertainment venues preferred
- Familiarity with the TOAST POS system a plus
