Overview
Servers are the backbone of the guest experience — providing efficient, friendly service, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring guests enjoy food, drinks, and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet tables, take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar
- Handle transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
- Assist in event setup and service for large groups
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Verify guest age and enforce responsible service
- Familiarity with the TOAST POS system a plus
Skills & Experience
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be 18+
